I offer two different locations for kinesiology sessions – Camberwell and Frankston South.
My Camberwell kinesiology clinic is located at Kinesiology Connection, 982 Toorak Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124. I’m only here on Tuesdays, but it’s a lovely clinic space if you’re local to Camberwell.

You can book a session with me at the Camberwell kinesiology clinic on Tuesday afternoons, although these are only face-to-face appointments.

What to expect in a session?
Kinesiology is a powerful modality which can help release stress, pain and anxiety. It’s also very good at delving into limiting self-beliefs. These beliefs may be holding you back in your life, stopping you from reaching your full potential, or impacting your desire to live a happy, healthy life. (These are big things to tackle, so you can find yourself feeling quite emotional at a session.)
I’m often asked what to expect in a kinesiology session and the answer is – it’s always different. I chat to you beforehand so I can tailor a personalised session around your specific needs.
Face to face or online sessions – what’s better?
While Covid did enable kinesiologists to offer online appointments, I have always offered proxy sessions, or online sessions, to clients. These are $180 per session. Is face-to-face or online better? From my perspective, both are beneficial. Some clients prefer having kinesiology face to face, and if that’s you, Camberwell is definitely the best option.
